Adhesion contract 定式合同，又称附合合同、附意合同、定不定由你的合同。

定式合同是指一方使用标准格式而预先筹备好的合同，另一方，一般是买家，不可以就合同的条约进行协商和谈判，只能选择定还是不定。比如，飞机票后面印的条约就能看成是定式合同，由于你只有买了票将来，才了解这类条约
